My sister has problems with seizures, so I know how to handle these things. They did good thing holding your head still and keeping you on your side. When someone has a seizure, under any circumstances, it is best that the victim is placed in someone's lap and stationary, and call 911 immediatly; victim may need oxeygen. victim must be laid on side incase of vomiting, so that the vomit won't go into the lungs and cause choking. Glad you're ok

they were just keeping his head from hitting the concrete. & actually did a great job of letting the convulsions progress and calling 911 immediately

you should get a pillow or someething to support his head, not hold it. Im not saying you didnt do the right thing for your friend, im just saying that if you dont let the muscle spasms do their thing, it can shred or break something.

My sister has problems with seizures, so I know how to handle these things. They did good thing holding your head still and keeping you on your side. When someone has a seizure, under any circumstances, it is best that the victim is placed in someone's lap and stationary, and call 911 immediatly; victim may need oxeygen. victim must be laid on side incase of vomiting, so that the vomit won't go into the lungs and cause choking. Glad you're ok
