No you would have to get it in .cab form or in a custom rom.

The reason the "Keyboard Sliding Sound" control panel applet isn't skinned is because the HD2 doesn't have a sliding keyboard. Therefore, HTC would have no reason to include that applet, and no reason to skin it.

I notice that when I use it on my Rhodium, the sunny homescreen animation really slows everything down, while all the other ones are fine.

Great video Brandon (as always) - I would like to know is it possible to install TouchFLO 3D on a non-HTC device?

I have an HP iPAQ Data Messenger and would like to know can I have this UI on it. I currently use SPB Mobile Shell 3.5 with additional plugins which make it look kinda like TouchFLO 3D (unfortunately without the cool weather animations)
