I did it in a little over 3 mins myself at a party. But I want to see the master smash this challenge. Mostly cause I know you double or triple the ante. There is no time limit really. @LeggoEggoNinja Small difference. Don't buy into the marketing hype that supplements will make you big, because they won't. They do serve two purposes though. 1) Provide proper nutrition for people who don't have time to prepare real food meals. 2) Allow advanced bodybuilders to optimize nutrition.

Whey protein + creatine will provide 90% of the benefit of any supplement available.
