@LovelyYTRocks I agree. I had an idea for the plot of it too. I think it should be about a singer who is a real woman, but then she dies leaving her boyfriend who is a programmer with all of the music she recorded, and then he creates Hatsune Miku to full fill her dream of having the world hear her music. As far as the other Vocaloids, I'm not sure how they would fit in.

You don't need an English version. Vocaloid 2 is English by default. Just delete (or move, if you want it, just in case) every file with the word "japanese" in it!
