Thanks for the tutorial! I was in the mood for some noodles but I didn't have a clue how to make them, your video was to most informative from start to finish that I found! All the other videos just so little bits and not the whole process, thanks a bunch because now I'm gonna make me and my family some yummy noodles for dinner!

Mr B. That pan is way overloaded. You need to buy a good size wok so that you can stir the noodles around properly. Also, it's better to do 2 smaller portions of noodles so that you can really give them a good stir. Try scramble cooking the egg first. That way the egg will not become so broken down that it is in tiny pieces over the noodles.
