@MoneyGuy I never griped about your form. Did you actually read and understood my comments? I griped about your video with the fake title (I felt tricked when I watched) and about the coward, agressive and stupid way you deal with comments you dislike and arguments that you can´t beat.
@MoneyGuy In parkour we use the muscle up to improve our climbing technique. To climb, we coordenate arms and legs to get up and quickly as possible. So I don´t care about form. I care about the efficiency of the movement, in using my whole body to move.
@moneyguy As long as I don´t develop the strenght and technique to do the dead hang one fast enought to be efficient, I´ll do the scrunchie ones because is useful to my trainings (that are focused in improving my parkour). But I guess u can´t even do a scrunchie one since u don´t have a video showing it. If you want, I can help u learning it! ;-)

@edilino eu tb num curti, mas não teve jeito. 3 dias direto tomando sol o dia inteiro, fui obrigado a usar muita roupa no último dia pra não pegar uma insolação... eu tava sem camisa nas cenas pq já estava de tardezinha.
