  • I wanted to comment on your 15 minute abs workout but comments are disabled. I just wanted to thank you for all these fantastic videos especially the 15 minute abs i have been doing that video everyday for about a week and i have already noticed results thank you

  • whe i'm done doing all exercise I get hungry like 5 minutes later..is it ok to eat like whole wheat cereal after??or what do you guys recommend?? i usually do these at night so any suggestions??

  • hey so do i do them at noght and get hungr after wards people tell me if i get hungry i should eat almonds and berries nothing heavy, therfore im putting the calories i burn back on :)

  • these are great, I really felt the burn at the start of this one, I had done all 7 video's in a row, today was my first day but I will keep doing them everyday, my doc said to lose weight you need to an hour a day and these 7 video's go for just over the hour but it seems to go heaps quicker, one video isnt enough to do once a day but all 7 is great and you work every part of you, once I lose some weight I will add in extras

  • or u can just do 1 of her videos per day and then include other videos with cardio,pilates and kickboxing and you'll still see results cuz thats what i do. i've lost some inches off my postpartum pooch already

  • I do 5 of the 7 days every day. It takes about 40 minutes, but I've seen great results. I don't think taking an entire week to do it would really work. You're not pushing your body enough.

  • SparkPeople is about healthy lifestyles, which take time. You can combine videos to get results more quickly, though.

  • Follow these exercise for the seven days, one each day, for four weeks and you should see results. :) There website is listed in the description box.

  • I like the spark people videos, Nicole is very good at explaining how to do the moves and slows down to demonstrate. Finally, a work out video that isn't bogged down in tons of complicated choreography that I can't even keep up with.

    is this called swimsuit bootcamp because

    after you do all of them for like a couple weeks or watever.. you can wear a baithing suit or sumthing?

  • i did a lot of ab crunches before and it made me lose weight (i didn't do cardio: no running or jogging or dancing)...

  • I guess it matters if your bet is not hard!if it is very soft it may hurt your back!

  • its more of a fat burning / muscle gaining work out, it may get your heart pumping fast enough to be considered cardio

  • ahh i just did the routine and it feels great!

    i still cant do the bicycle crunches though, my lower back really hurts when i do em though i make sure its flat! =(

  • Just keep trying, not being able to at the moment is ok you just gotto work at it so you'll grow stronger and get good at it, i had a hard time doing those at first too but when i got good at it, isometimes do like 50 outside of my pilates abs routine, and it tears your stomach up!

  • ugh you should see my sister. She used to be really curvy and stuff. And then she started using sparkpeople, and now she's SOOOO small. She's about half the size she was.

  • curvy or fat becus sometimes pepole say curvy the are actully fat becus iam curvvy ian have be doing alot of sparkpeploe and iam still curvy

  • The recommended challenge is to do the 7 days of strength training videos for a month. Couple with proper eating and five 30-min cardio sessions per week (I did mine each day, Monday-Friday with no cardio on Saturday- My day 1 was Sunday- the 10 minute cardio video).

    I don't know if it says that anywhere on the YouTube pages, but that's the info from the SparkPeople page.

  • The info from the SparkPeople site says that you only need to do this once a day to get benefits. However, if you want to repeat the video, that's also fine and totally up to yourself :)

  • Thank you for all of these workout videos! You make all the workouts as simple as possible, and you actually do them in the complete reps and stuff. Other workout vids just tell you what to do, how many to do, and do a few to show you but then they move on to the next thing. But you don't do that. And I really appreciate that.
