Why does everyone hate flips???

@DanParkour360 it's not that we completely hate flips, its just that so many videos these days focus on the flips to a point to which, it seems they had forgotten their roots. Moving because it felt amazing and empowering, not moving because a camera is pointed at us and we want 10K + views and a sponsorship.

@TemeculaParkour My roots started when I started parkour. My roots have nothing to do with any kind of history aspect attributed to parkour. And my roots consist of doing what I love and what feels the best. For the record flips are just as much a "movement" than a vault. And ill have no nonsense about efficiency and flips slowing you down. Seeing as I see few videos that are full speed and power. Most videos highlight movement and are for fun and to be one with movement. Flips can do just that.

@TemeculaParkour Flips are just as valid a movement as anything is. Concoring a flip can be just a mentally gratifying as making the jump. And as I move I do not flip to prostitute my skill and impress others, I do if for the movement and the experience. Flips offer a side to movement that little else can offer. THey also are great confidence boosters. This is why it just kills me to see people celebrating things without flips, if you dont flip fine do what you want do what you love.
