Jim Caldwell lost this SB along with Peyton Manning. Sorry but when Caldwell goes and abandons the run, allows Stover to try and kick a 51 YD FG in a close game, and with Manning also abandoning the run totally in the 2nd half they deserved to lose. Sad that Polian and Irsay are too stupid to realize Caldwell should never have been hired. I said it on the day he was hired he shouldn't have the job.

I hate the Saints and I hate the city of New Orleans. It's a trashy city full of crime and ignorant people. What I hate more is after the Saints won the Super Bowl no one could stop talking about how the city needed this and how this was so great for a city that had the worst natural disaster in this country's history... five years ago!
@MyPersonalVendetta More than 1500 people died because of that tragedy. The Super Dome was shut down and made a refuge shelter. The team with the worst history in all of the NFL was almost moved to another state. If the city would have lost the franchise, the city would have lost a large amount of its profits. So with the Super Bowl win, the city became more alive. So yes, asshole, the Saints AND the city of New Orleans needed that win.

Hank baskett beat himself! matt stover missed a field goal, the saints did not make him miss it. he did himself. caldwell beat himself by calling three runs at the end of the half. on p. thomas's touchdown, the colts didnt even try. just look at the play. on shockeys touchdown, larry coyer beat himself by putting lacey on a tight end. and all game long the colts never clamped down on their zones. every play colston/henderson was wide open ten yards over the middle. colts losing>saints winning

The Colts DID lose this game. People just rooted for the Saints out of pity, and for some odd reason people like to root for Cinderella/feel good stories..or whatever. Saints did not win that game, the Colts choked it..again!
Colts were leading by 10 points, they were a 5 point favorite. They blew it. There defense blew it bad. The colts offense put up better numbers than the saints offense did. I don't know why saints fans are so ignorant. You were lucky to even be in the super bowl. The vikings coughed the ball up 8 times (5 turnovers) and they still almost won, and would have won if Favre wasn't an idiot. Saints got lucky, Colts shot themselves in the foot, plain and simple.
