Most Pyongyang visitors are coming as part of a guided tour, where photography and filming of anything (except military stuff and some other exceptions) is allowed and even encouraged. A few foreigners, mostly diplomats, invited university professors & researchers, etc. are allowed to roam about Pyongyang without a guide. Interacting with civilians is not forbidden per se, but many civilians (i.e. not government agents) will shy away from it.

Unless you're actually engaging in serious espionage, the worse they do is take away your camera or memory card and threaten to kick you out of the country if you continue.

@vnyspt Most Russian Aircraft are in Cyrillic. Although the newer aircraft such as the IL96, TU204 , can be ordered with English instruments . That was a shot of a Tu-204 which can come with both, I guess the rest of Air Koryo fleet (the Soviet era Tu-154 and IL62) will be in Cyrillic so it will be consistent across the fleet.

No you wont find a beggar or a street kid in North Korea since the majority of the population is already dirt poor and starving. If you dare to beg on the street you will be arrested within seconds and send to a work camp or worse.
