  • YES!!! Thank You Lord!, Thank You Paul VI, John Paul II, and, Benedict XVI and most certainly Thank You Mary for showing us to obey the church and to follow and love your infinite son Jesus Christ!! AMEN! :)

  • @lerdense As much as I would be happy to thank the popes you mentioned, I really wouldn't be quick to thank Paul VI because kind of destroyed the Church through overwhelming modernism and revolution away from traditionalism. As for JPII and Benedict XVI I would thank them till kingdom come :).

  • He only approved celebrations not already regulated by the liturgical books. So it would seem that their rite of mass has not been approved.

  • Say goodbye to the possible SSPX reconciliation.

  • @pj100003 what is that

  • @Patrick59467 The SSPX is one of the few groups in the Church today that still defends the Traditional Catholic liturgy unlike this neocatechumenal way.

  • @AdversusHaereses i am familiar with sspx i do like how they defend the traditional liturgy, but there are other beliefs they hold that I disagree with, even though I can't stand the novous ordo, and all the abuses that go along with it, i do recongize that the Bishiops do have the authority to conduct the mass as they will

  • what is the neocatecumenal way

  • @Patrick59467 That's what I'd like to know.

  • This is very disappointing!!!

  • Darn, I would live to find that song they sing, but I cant find it. Anyone have a copy of it or know where I can find it on Youtube?

  • I have grave reservations about "The Way" i feel the Pope does not know fully the ins and outs of the movement

  • @michaeloro12 Right, and the previous Pope also didn't have a clue.

  • @SkeliaTV It's ok to disagree, but be respectful of the Pope.

  • @michaeloro12 Yeaaah right. Of course You (with big "Y") probably know better than the Pope, leader of the worldwide Catholic Church, successor of St Peter, elected an guided by the Holy Spirit.... so keep having "grave" reservations about whatever you want wise guy

  • @emy2033 I say it as a religious brother who has personal experience working in parishes where Neocats have groups. I have seen the divisions in the parish they can course. The Pope only has second hand information on the Neocats, he is not a parish priest and therefore only has theoretical information about the movement submitted to him by the Neocats themeselves.
