Man, it seemed like you were beating the piss outta those roll pins brother, good vid, too bad about the technical difficulties. i wanna build a lower but GF says i cant spend the dough. :( wanna build a lower then get a 9mm upper on it.
@blackdew80 ....yes sir you need to really beat them pins in there. That's why guys always mess up there lowers when they build them. hope one day you are able to build one. It's cheap if you shop for deals.
@WhatHavU ....my camera kept shutting off on me. I though I recored all that, but it never did.
to replace rear plate you need a castle nut tool. remove buffer and spring, loosen castle nut, loosen tube, and watch out for buffer detent and spring to pop out, then pull back plate, and also be careful not to lose the rear take down pin detent and spring.remove tube, install new plate and reverse order.
@hammerdrop30 ...no worries on that since the kit came well oiled up from PSA, but your right I have done that in the past with other kits I've used that were dry.
i got the slide fire stock and i like it it works every time the recoil seems less as well i just wish they made them where you could change left and ri am a lefty and when people want to try it they have problems ight hand on them
hey stop shitting on your vids bud, the fact that your a reg guy like me (alot like me lol) is the whole reason i watch. thumbs up on the monopoly pieces too lol.
@THEBIGBOSS1978 ....thanks man. I was just so pissed making this video due to my camera acting up. I'm going to try it again when I do the other lower I still have to build.
@67mustangreg ....have no fear brother you can get one and not pay $300 for it......cause they are $350...LOL Like I said in my other video when I brought it home.....very over priced for what it is, but it's way cheaper than a M16 lower.
great vid bro how is the palmetto kits compared to the rock river im building a black rain set in a couple weeks and was looking to use a different parts kit
@TheMontgomery519 ...I have no experience with Rock River, just spikes and dpms. This LPK has the hardest trigger pull and the most creep out of the three I have used, but it's tweekable, and at $44 bucks it's hard to beat. The saftey selector is pretty smooth though. My DPMS selector was crunchy and troublesome at times. I also have a Stag Lower that I bought complete from Stag, and it is by far the smoothest and lightest out of all of them, but it does have 2000 rounds plus threw it.
Nice video. I just posted a time lapse of my first PSA build.

I found that putting a little lube on the roll pins and in the holes, makes it alittle easier.
