Ya see Haley, when I went to college I paid roughly $50 a credit, that same school now is about $550 a credit. What's the difference, well the government is now so involved in higher education and use it just as they use Social Security(which is going bankrupt), Medicare and Medicaid(which are going bankrupt), HUD and ACORN(which tanked the housing market) shall I go on?, as cach cows to increase their inept and ever destructive power. Ah yes, the liberal standard talking point "public education" Yes I went to a "FREE" public school paid for with my parents property taxes which are so high now to pay for that "FREE" public education that it threatens their ability to stay in their home of 40 years. As for college, the only money I received for that was scholarships based upon academic excellence which I competed for with other high academic achievers.
