@themeganfreak Sorry for the late reply, I barely check my Youtube thingy. I used the smudge tool and Gaussian blur (which you reach by going through Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur). This takes each pixel and spreads it in an even radius making it look nice and soft. Hope this makes some kind of sense!
