why are u using a quad isolation movement and doing 3 reps for each quad. Thats not going to do anything except build your ego. Either squat or leg press for low reps isolation movements are meant to be in the higher rep range only using those specific muscles. You probably got 3% quad stimulation there. Your legs are toothpicks drop the weight if your trying to build mass.
very true, i did this a while ago, and i don't really train the same way anymore, not saying my days of training heavy are over with, but lately i've been bored of it and training more or less to increase my athletic performance, also on a side note, if i remember correctly that was the first time ever trying that weight, and it was mostly so i could get it on video...
thanks man, i'm surprized they came out good, when i did them i thought i staggered a few times, but it only came out once on the video, i'll probably reshoot it again when i get up around 10 reps or something like that
its better to go light weights and higher reps if you wanna go heavy do squats but anyways nice try

Wow. I am impressed. I think I would be a little bit scared to try that with that much weight and my legs are pretty strong.

It is a lot of weight. You were wobbling a tad. I would say lower the weight a tad. Otherwise you looked fine:D

usually i'm alright, it takes a lot of focus, once the camera goes on there's a bit of pressure too, cause normully i don't wobble as much

Seems very hard. Looks to me like the weight is a bit too high. The most important thing is finishing the reps and keeping your composure.
