@bryanandrew369 it's a little heavy, but not too bad. It likes to nose over on landing... i replaced the landing gear on mine with a stiffer setup so it wouldn't flip like it did in the vid. (plus I got better at landing it... learned to try to drag the tail before the wheels hit...)
Thanks for posting this. It seems to be one of the very few of this exact plane. I'm soon to start the build of this and was wondering if there is anything that I need to be aware of. Also, what power setup are you using?
It's a great plane overall. It took me a few flights to get the power/prop dialed in properly. Saito .82 works great in this plane with a 13x9 prop tuned correctly. "Almost" unlimited vertical, but not quite.
Plane needs more elevator throw than suggested (imho) I added about 60% to the recommended throws. Otherwise, all seems spot on, and it balances well. Not exactly a floater, so I hope you like fastball landings. Revised the landing gear and it lands excellent.
i am just after loseing my seagull edge 540 on her maden thinking about the Ultimate Biplane just wondering if their are any bad points apart from the landing gear thanks dec good flight
and maybe u could post a other video of this plane?:)

Nevermind, I just found your post on rcgroups.

Sent you a message on rcgroups regarding this plane. I can't get mine off the ground without a noseover even holding up elevator at max throw
