The clip shown here is from the Grey's Anatomy version that airs in Spain, and the Spanish we speak in Spain is very different from the Spanish spoken in America, so it would be very inappropriate to have everyone else speaking Castilian Spanish and then Callie speaking American Spanish with a Mexican accent.
