soundstream 6500's are only puttin out bout 4500 watts on a 12v system and 5300 on a 14v system, so just guessing you are only on a 12v system and if you aren't droppin volts you are only at about 7500-8000 watts not 13000 ;)

im sure it's pretty loud, but whoever installed it should have came up with a better idea than to take your back seat out and have amps laying around in the open like that. did you ever consider just puttin a huge port in the rear deck so you can allow the bass to come through and that way you can put your back seat back together? there's gotta be another way for your setup to work than that. anyways, keep bangin it's all good.

bass travels in the form of soundwaves. cosmetically it doesnt look good to have your seats missing in a luxury car. a port will allow the waves to travel inside the cabin without being blocked. it may not be as loud as he has it now but he will still hit 90%as hard and his install will look better. the seats arent made out of wood but bass waves dont go through your seats. bass is actually absorbed some and then redirected by your seats until they can find another way inside the front cabin.

anything that has the potential to flex and vibrate will absorb and take away from your overall bass output. thats why speaker boxes have to be reinforced. its we use dynamat to make vehicles more rigid or stiff so the bass can bounce off it instead of shaking it. vibrating seats and trunk rattle make it hard for bass to travel. i dont blame you for not knowing this but its all physics. i am a mecp certified installer and i build enclosures almost every other day. i know my stuff.

If these 10s are actually good subs, then you'll have a hard time eating them with 2 15s or 18s. Also, remember that this isn't a car with a giant cab. because of that, 18's might actually be a bit too big and he'd lose some dbs because of that. ignoring the sound for a moment, you can't deny that 18 10s would look pretty damn cool. haha
