this is a great anthem as it addresses all culture, religions and groups, finally making all nepali feel Nepal as their country which the old anthem failed to do so. 8 dislikes from hindu racist who loved the old anthem as it only praised the hindu king. get over it nepal is not for hindus only.

The term "Kirat Desh"or Kirat Country is found in the earlier documents such as veda and other ancient Hindu texts.

The Nepal flag is the derivation of Kirat flag.

I don't like the old anthem, and nor do i like this one. Also, it doesn't matter if the king is in power or if government or the Maoists are in power, because in the end of the day, its still gonna be all the same horseshit corruption that we have always had.
