And to those asking, there is no cure, sadly. :( Painful treatments extend the life expectancy - oldest is 26 years old - but the excess skin has to be rubbed off twice a day and the leftover skin has to be creamed up. (Or at least that's one option. I don't know much about anything when it comes to this rare birth defect; I just know there's no cure.)

@DivineXGamers It's called Harlequin Ichthyosis, not uranium whatever. And to those asking, there is no cure, sadly. :( Painful treatments extend the life expectancy - oldest is 26 years old - but the excess skin has to be rubbed off twice a day and the leftover skin has to be creamed up. (Or at least that's one option. I don't know much about anything when it comes to this rare birth defect; I just know there's no cure.)

Die Haut von dem Baby ist so trocken das sie in den Gelenk Bereich oft einreißt! Manchmal sogar am ganzen Körper. Dieses Kind leidet sichtbar an der härteren Form dieser Krankheit und ist auch bestimmt in den ersten paar Wochen gestorben! So ist das bei bestimmt 80% dieser betroffenen Babys

@babiiedolluv0228 im sorry to say this but they usually dont live after a few minutes but its also good because now it is gone to a better place it is caused by depleted uranium inside anti-tank weapons which when they touch the genes the baby's skin starts to swell and leave huge gaping holes in between it then the eyes swell up and and completely fill with blood so after that the body cant take it and it dies. send me a message if you want the whole description

The skin becomes so tight that the eyelids are forced open before they are meant to open which causes the layer of skin over the eyes to fill with blood. It's a truly terrifying illness.
