A question btw - how do you make it so that grabbing a sponge pulls you up? I tried putting an invisible grab switch on the sponge, but couldn't seem to be able to attach it to the winch or pulley.

place the grab switch on the sponge and then attach the green wire to the winch/pulley (direction setting makes it go down again once you let go) :)
