dude, I think your caps button is stuck .. and they don't ALLOW, or DISALLOW HD .. it's all in your editing program, and the quality of the original source material .. HD isn't some honor that YT bestows on VIDEOS .. it's JUST the QUALITY or RESOLUTION of the UPLoaD ..
