Yeah he looked pretty easy, but at 4:14 what do you do about all the little adds walking towards the boss? I never did this fight yet.

If he consumes any of them, he regains his health. Its a must that they die.

this is only if you assume your positioning your healers in the back.
This de-buff only needs you to be about 15 yards away from everyone else, which can be between the tank and heals.
All ranged DPS really dont ever need to move, and melee should just back up to wherever is open atm.
