how to finish this close up takedowns challenge and columns destroyed

For the Close Takedowns: you have to be at least 2 steps behind your enemy then do the take down. WARNING: DON'T step into your enemy's ring.

For the Columns: step into the light, let Hammerhead see you, and then run to the nearest column. If the column doesn't break, repeat the process.

Okay somethings wrong here. I got 2 spiders during the first time, then I used this video to go back and get the rest and for some reason 3 spiders are missing cause it says I have 5/8 spiders and I've been constantly double checking these areas and there's no spiders. What am I doing wrong???
