Hm, so much debate incited by blacklisted skills. There's no official rule saying not to use them. It's just a silent agreement between the players not to use those skills in order to make the match more enjoyable. Sure, you can use your blacklisted skills to win. No one said you couldn't. But they aren't playing to win, they are playing to see who has the most skill and for entertainment. And in asian countries, pride is very important compared to here. It's the culture that's different.

I would use black listed skill and HP pots if there are any.... Normally Noob players would whine about Health portions using in PvP games.... That's why Dragon nest Ban Health Portions in PvP.... This is ridiculous if you attempt to 1v8 or 1v4.....
