When I clicked on this video, I didn't expect to see a reasonable and prudent how-to on interfacing with mortgage lenders from Countrywide Financial. It's too bad that in the end Countrywide succumbed to the moral hazard of the sub-prime bubble and routinely made bad loans. In essence, they broke every last guideline in this video to enrich themselves on the backs of unqualified homebuyers.
exactly. one time, the night crew left. only one person stayed to do the work in the file room where the "home mortgage files were". They made excuses or said they lost their timecards to try and prove that they were there. They were actually all watching a football game. the young girls decided to go with the guys to watch it with them. I'm not sure why they kept that night crew instead of replacing them. they were all in on it, except for just 1 honest working guy.
Sorry, read this from bottom up. I had to do it this way, otherwise i could not fit it in. anyway, these were just the women I was talking about. One woman had a bf who was in jail for stealing car radios, another had a mother that cut another woman's face up in a bar...another woman threw McD's wrappers between the files and lost them. Others were lazy and did not care about losing your home loan files.
Hi, I'm David also. I worked for Countrywide through Select then was hired directly within 4 months and stayed for 4.5 years until my layoff on February 1st 2007. I used to work in the file room before they closed it. They hired overweight women from the mid-san fernando valley. ghetto women with no skills or background checks. read this from top to bottom.

Read from bottom up.
One other thing, even though I did not mention
all the problems even.
There were some that were on some serious
"drugs", legal and illegal. These were the women. They were completely out of it.
They did not deserve to be hired. They really
ruined the reputation of that department. I have worked in many places. I have never seen such a group of lazy, criminal people and women in my life.

Please read from bottom up.
I only said 1% of the problems.
Nothing against the video...I'm sure you mean well David.
I'm just telling the truth here. Anyway, that
file room is closed now.
