Abolish the filibuster. It's unconstitutional. It's like having a monarchy that only can be overruled if 60 percent of the House of Lords votes against the king. The Senate is much like the House of Lords anyway: You have to be a millionaire or be connected to millionaires to get the cash to campaign for and get elected to the Senate.
