When you do it this way you're not only doing it incorrectly but you're not taking advantage of Blender's capabilities. This is how you would do it in Google Sketchup, but definitely not Blender...

try using mirror next time and making the tire reliefs with extrude + scale instead of moving manually each using 'eye-meter'
