  • LOOL im watching marathon now...i never watch marathon :o

  • Paula averaged 5.5 min miles for 26 miles...awesome!

  • My favourite for London !!!

    Paula Rocks!!

  • essa magricela é ´problema!!!

  • This Sunday Paula Radcliffe will start at the Berlin Marathon after two years without an race. I will be on the track and hope she will make a good race.

Best wishes to her from her fans in Germany

  • fast forward to the bit where she craps herself!

  • @chrisy0907 Your an idiot

  • lol kara goucher has a funny looking start

  • I like her, she is my best favourite! I run the NY Marathon in this year, and I was so tired that she is not run the ny marathon 2010. But it is okay, she have born a baby and this is greatfully too.

  • Thats a big trade-off, be an incredibly resiliant, athletic long distance runner, but have absolutely no ass or boobs, ouch.

  • Is Paula going to compete in Boston next year?

  • Is it me but at 0:36 where it shows the pack including radcliff, she's the only one who isn't heel striking, all the others have a terrible running style..

  • @chotsmagic ... and they were the fastest women in the world then. Similar comments constantly come-up concerning overpronation. Turns out that there is no uniform trend amongst elite runners' techniques.

  • Pumpkin Run 2010 - Supergirl in GA, Amazing!!

  • Haha it looks like she was tired at the end, because she is just jogging to the finish line! Good job Paula! Good luck in London 2012!!

  • I just Love her. I wish there were more videos to watch of PAula the Great! I told Chrissy Wellington (champion of Ironman female, also a brit, to meet up with Paula. She said she would love that. You heard it here first.lol I would love to meet Paula one day...OMG< she is the best female runner ever!!!!

  • go paula awesome!

  • ... and we love her also for that!

  • I disagree. Totally disagree. She's a great runner, bottom line. If you've ever run a marathon, you know the effort that goes into it. If you've ever trained for a marathon, you know the amount of time and heart that goes into it.

I'm guessing you have run one, which is why I'm so surprised by the comment.

  • i love her, the way she runs is so special, its like se were out of breath.

    GO paula GO

  • hola atodos alguien me podra contactar con alguna chica de kenia en mexico gracias

  • My assistant manager runs elite marathons, hes 43 and ran both london and edingburgh in 2:23. Im aiming for 3:15. This woman deserves so much credit I undertand how hard the training is

  • we love you paula.

  • molto guerriera impariamo da lei

  • Why has many people thumbed down?

The guy just said: '"Many warriors have learned from her"

  • The British Olimpic Comitee should offer better "tips" to its athlets.

"Patriotism" uses to fade away when the bills pile up!

  • Why oh why do youtube conversions/comments have to be reduced to immature name calling, insults etc etc. This is distance running, not nascar or an after hours NFL club or soccer pub.

sheeeeeesh (it does help if 'know' about the pain and train and the exultant glory of distance running--regardless of place or paycheck.

  • best kara goucher

  • Good job Jeptoo! You beated Catherine Ndereba. It's a shame you didn't run the olympics cause you definitely have a chance to win a medal.

  • pls try and spell her name correctly

  • fantastic, what else?

  • 2008?

  • Third time. She won in 2004 and 2007 too.

  • We're gonna call her legs "a motor"

  • It's absurd to suggest she 'doesn't try hard enough' when there's no cash prize. Does anyone seriously believe that this world-class athlete doesn't crave an Olympic gold medal above anything else?

Get real, you people - she'd swap all the money she has for that Olympic medal. She's been unlucky, just as compatriot Kelly Holmes was unlucky, to be ill or injured when the Olympics occurred. Kelly's luck changed in Athens 2004 - here's looking forward to Paula's luck changing in London 2012.

  • It's equally absurd to think that there's no financial incentive to win an Olympic medal. People who critise Radcliffe are just trolls.

  • "It's equally absurd to think that there's no financial incentive to win an Olympic medal. People who critise Radcliffe are just trolls"

Absolutely! The notion that she 'wouldn't try' to win in the biggest race of them all is too ridiculous for words. And as you point out, the financial gains for being an Olympic gold medallist go way beyond the prize money available for city marathon winners.

  • She had a stress fracture that only recovered 3 months prior to the beijing olympics!!!If she didn't care about her country why would she even put herself on the line at beijing when potentially she could have done more damage and put herself out of the new york marathon where as you say she could win loads of cash. She went to the world championships and won even when there was no money on offer so what's the explanation for that? Also she's missed money races before cos of injury.

  • You're an Arse hole, You do realise she won the world title back in 05? Atlanta, she wasnt quick enough, Syndey, she worked so hard to get a medal, and came 4th, Athens, Leg injury, Beijing, ran on a broken leg. Hardly her fault now?

  • You are such a twat, she's won 6 world titles with no financial gain, paula doesnt disgust me, YOU DO. You have no idea about athletics or Paula at all do you?
