Thanks for the comment - the song is an indian song but i can't find a copy of it - my copy got destroyed when my hard drive failed to start up...I wish i knew hindu to be able to pull the song from the internet =D i myself am not indian and the video has soo many errors lol
example: if the robot is a bit dumb and follows your order: set 100 land mines on this field, that may cause harm to humans.
-all the terrotrists etc. disappear. This is because if one of them deletes the 3 laws and creates another(for example: crush every head you see), well, that'll be a problem.
it's easier to make an atomic bomb than a head crushing robot, so a terrorist that makes a robot with new laws wouldn't be very smart. These laws would apply for unexpected situations in a regular work enviroment.
I think it's harder to build an atomic bomb. It's expensive, too. But if a good hacker hacks into a robot-factory(...) and replaces the "laws" data or whatever, then 10000 robots are produced int the next few months and they do a robo-revolution, we're screwed. And the hacker did that without spending money on an expensive bomb and he didn't need a group of terrorists to help him.
you guyz you should research more about robots and computers... Now when you turn on the computer the brand logo comes up right??
That cant be deleted or modified - its stored in the ROM (read only memory) so no hacker could actually delete the 3 laws unless they go to every single robot in the world and open them up and change the ROM - which will never happen - so all this about robots attacking us or turning against us is not true because robots are as smart as we are but faster in analyzing
In the future, the term "artificial" intelligence will become obsolete as there will be no reason to make a distinction between biological and silicon-based (or some other based) intelligence. Intelligence is intelligence, no matter how it's implemented.

Yeah sure the 3 laws keep androids harmless if:
-they get smarter than humans
example: if the robot is a bit dumb and follows your order: set 100 land mines on this field, that may cause harm to humans.
-all the terrotrists etc. disappear. This is because if one of them deletes the 3 laws and creates another(for example: crush every head you see), well, that'll be a problem.
