@sungwei9 its a utility feature, the M9 bayonet is a mixed, combat and utility knife, the serrations are for easier cutting wood, and other things. wouldnt suggest it on throats, you might take the head off

I've got a M-9 bayonet that's made in Taiwan.

They did a nice job on it.

It's the more traditional version with the angled saw for cutting out of aircraft and such.

I am pretty sure that they are not made in Israel, used by some units in the IDF maybe, but not actually made here. The only knife that is used by the IDF that is made here is the Du Star.

I'm not sure...the info I put in the side-bar says it fits any rifle that accepts m-9 type bayonets.

It's well made and I think the Isrealis copied or got a hold of Ontario Cutlery or Lancay Knives design.
