  • PJ, thank you for uploading this gem. You've introduced me to a lot of great doo wop that I probably would not have heard otherwise.

  • @drakian - That was exactly why I started uploading on Youtube. I'm so glad you've found some new tunes

  • Another great song PJ, love this ,bought it in 1972 when it came out, fantastic version next to the Platters. Thanks for uploading.

  • You should auction off you art wit K. Kardasian on ebay.. start the bidding at 100 dollars!! lol

  • LOL. My art may have already gone into the garbage

  • @PJDooWop Nah you have to save these things! Heaven knows how famous you'll become and I think you have a way's to go! Straight up!

  • My favorite version of this song is by Jerry Garcia, but I'm really digging this one, too.

  • This record probably would have done much better if it were released about a year later, when "American Grafitti" came out and kicked the '50s nostalgia craze into full gear.

  • I thought it sounded more like a mix of doo wop and ska or Jamaican pre reggae. Nice take.

  • This is so COOL!!!! Never heard this version before. It's going in my favorites!!!

  • Couldn't believe I heard this on XM's 70's on 7 last week. Great cover.

  • Early '70's Disco/ Doo wop Nice up tempo arrangement Unfortunately, the lead is not in the same league as Tony Williams who is the standard of comparison for this song.

  • 5*

  • One of my all time favorites, but really from the Disco era. A unique blend of doo wop and disco. Kind of like Zing went the strings of my heart. Ironically another one of my favorite records is Boots Randolphs version of Smoke. Just great with Floyd Kramer and Chet Atkins.

  • Yes, the Trammps version of Zing is fantastic

  • Thank you for sharing your music. It's wonderful... beyond that. Thanks again.

  • Thanks so much

  • #27pop,1973.love this version when i found the 45 to this song in 1986.

  • Excellent cover & very nice harmonies!!

  • great song PJ...also liking Kim's picture..I guess those vows of marriage don't mean a pot of beans to her..$15 million dollar wedding..I rest my case

  • I think I doodled on her picture out of frustration. My girlfriend is HOOKED on the Kardashians and I end up watching a bit too much of it over weekends. This was my payback, lol

  • Wow!! Best version Ever!!! Haven't heard this in Years!! Awesome!! ; ))>

  • OH WE GOT US A PLATTERS SMOKE IN YOUR EYES SONG!!

    FANTASTIC!!

    GREAT DANCE HERE!

    I LOVE THIS

  • I'm surprised this didn't do well when it came out. You're right. It's a great dancer.
