That was from over a year ago, and I haven't played CS since then, so I am sure that things were changed as to what skins you can install.

The only thing that differed from a normal install was having installed some "Fusion Pack" as well. You can find it easily with a google search, though I haven't tried it since that time.

Yes, it is. It just had a custom pack installed for gun models/sounds/etc. I think it was called the Fusion pack or something like that.
