@StephensBrooke409 I've found that after I've been dunkin for a while (tryin different stuff/just doin it cuz its awesome lol) that my thighs are always sore as hell and basically nothing else...idk if there's anything to that but I would put my sole focus on gettin your quads stronger and more explosive. Also, try dunkin at a height that you can get it down cuz the actual act of dunking is harder than you think...get comfortable with it and when you get there you'll be ready to throw down
