Ah, that one? That's what happens when you put the player spawnpoints underground. THUG1 lets you sink and float the spawnpoints just like any other object. That's all that level is.

The PS2 and PC versions were online at launch. Neversoft has since taken down the official master server for the PS2 version, but by changing your DNS settings you can still play on a different server such as KxTH. Not sure about the PC version. The game has been rereleased on Gametap, so it might still have online play readily available. As for all the glitches I used, most of them are up in the Glitch Vault at tXo.
