@ajschatz0 Do not want pirate copies? Then you should follow these tips:

Do not use any drm. A serial is just fine.

Attention to detail. Lots of it! And I'm not talking about graphics.

No price-rape. Nobody wants to pay a fortune for a game that leaves no freedom and it is unplayable (bugs, boredom, low interactivity)

Forget piracy. It's something that will always exist. The only way to reduce it is to attract people and make them want to buy your game.

This was an early trailer, it included two of the tools that are technically animals (plankton, urchins). No intent to deceive, the trailer was simply done before the game was.
