Billy Ocean is from the soundtrack to my life!!!!! He had those 80s pop/dance and ez listening hits like nobody else!!! Does anybody out there know if "Here's to you" was ever a single?

That's a very pretty song. It wasn't a single, but it was included on the Greatest Hits album. As you probably noticed in this interview, they were trying to promote it as one of the "new" songs on the Greatest Hits -- even though it was from Tear Down These Walls!
