  • I lost balance and fell backwards as I pulled back to keep the bar close to my body. The bar hit - fortunately - the floor before jumping onto my right foot. I've been to the emergency room last night and they did an X-ray. There is a break on the middle of the three bones of the little toe, so it is close to the best diagnosis I could get. It is apparently only the hit and the swelling that creates pain the next few days. Afterwards I should be able to train again :)

  • What happened on the deadlift?
