Good luck with this... im on something similar im on day one as well... but if you find that this is not for you
try cutting out fast foods soda
cheez and any and all dary products you take in...
walk or run at least 3 miles a day
or like 5 days out of the week
and dont eat past six or 7 at night
simple things that can be done and in about 3 months you will have lost about 30 lbs
but keep working out
