I use an ATI HD3850 AGP 8x in my dual Xeon 3.2ghz workstation with 2gig ram. the PC is 7 years or so old now and it plays COD 4 and MW2 perfectly. not bad for a 7 year old pc :)

i have the same card on my laptop and its pretty bad to play COD5 on it , but i have a nother computter with Ati 4890 and i got 70-80 fps. So i suggest u buy at least Ati 4870 .

I have and ASUS Pro50SeriesSR laptop with 2.2Ghz Dual Core processor, 4GB RAM, and a HD 3470, I run CoD4 Multiplayer online at 60 - 70 FPS max, I get pretty bad lag spikes which drop me to around 30 - 40.

I'm gonna buy a desktop and use this laptop for basic things.

Getting a 1GB Gigabyte 4890 GPU, should run CoD4 and upwards pretty well.

i have done optimal seetings then i turn off anti aliasing , glow,depth of field, specular map and dynamic lights

have a look at the acer aspire 5920, dual 2ghz, 4gb ram, ati3470, blu ray and its 450. make sure its the LX.AQB0X.612 version though, other one doesnt have blu ray.
