I like the shortstop for the scout, it's great at mid-rang which is where you want to be with the scout. It' doesn't do tons of damage, but if you stay on someone you can take them out, while slowing time down so that if you can read there shots you can take very little damage as you bounce around them.

@MrNinjaUAE it might be your firewall blocking you from finding servers. Try going into your game files and go under properties with the .exe file.  Make it run with administrator priveledges and when you start up the game you'll have to give it access, but it should keep your firewall from blocking it.
