Most modern FPS's don't have health bars, they use the gradually recover health over time system. Resistance switched to that. There will be crosshairs in the final game, this is pre-alpha gameplay. It will undergo several changes before release, but the graphics have definitely improved over the original.
Wow that was awesome with all the grims coming out of nowhere and stuff =D, and it does have crosshairs you just cant see them very well

resistance did have health recover in the first one, its just that if it goes down to a certain level, it doesn't come back.
It was much better the health in the first one. They just made it easier and like other games in r2 with the health bar.
