@skatercuban Yes. You have to make sure you do all street challenges and collect all the graffiti souls. Once you do that, head to the garage and talk with Roboy. Choose the last option that looks like a thumbs up and there you need to do Jet Trials. That's how you get extra characters. If you need help with any of that, please check out my friend's channel jsrftube. He has all the street challenges as well as all the souls you need. Good luck!

After this battle, I covered up ALL the Golden Rhino's graffiti, got all the graffiti souls and completed all the test runs unlocking all the characters, is there anything else I need to do? Or is the game over? Since there was no final conclusion after I unlocked everything I feel like there is, maybe I'm wrong?

If you got all the characters, you're good. Also, you didn't need to cover up their graffiti...but if it makes you feel complete then go for it. xD

Actually you can go to test run and do alot of stuff on time limits...so really you can free practice everything to unlock people or just do it for fun.

If you covered up all the graffiti and unlocked all the hidden test run characters, you should be good to go. I did hear something about "it". Its like this ultimate secret in the game, but its been proven as a hoax. Yeah, unless you wanna prove the internet wrong and try to discover "it", your done. I think "it" actually has to do with the doomsday clocks in Rokkaku Dai Heights and Kibokaga Hill. Or the statue, in Rokkaku Dai Hights. Im not sure.
