The final question seems important. I think it depends on the attentional ability to be mindful of one's internal experience while being both responsive and appreciative of others. With mindful appreciation, we act responsively and somewhat openly rather than reactively or less than consciously. It seems that conceptually answering the question is straightforward enough while actively answering involves continued, pinpoint awareness.

If I consider group interaction in a holistic way, it's also the group subconsciousness that will develop.
Group emotions will rise from there.
That's exactly where my educational proposals are set.
