You need to keep your upper body more upright, you slouch too much. You would be better off to focus more on proper stances and body position than speed. Furthermore it would be more beneficial if you twisted your foot on the heel on the turns, and kept your foot firmly planted during the kicks.

wearing tight jeans
and wasnt streached.
