  • I have that pc 2 or 3 years ago and I no longer operate the neon front is terrible

  • god i hate this song

  • Cooler master and Antec make WAY better cases then thermaltake and nzxt.

    antec 1200 <3

  • I have had this case since 09 june time and love it still..air flow is good, and im glad you have this cpu cooler inside was thinking of buying it my self!

  • how is the cooling in the casing? is there alot of air movement? are the stock fans good?

  • Its very good. plenty of airflow and the fans are decent.

And yes will fit 5970 is second hdd cage is removed.

  • k thanks cuz im having difficulty deciding between this or the hades casing since both are currently at the same price

  • Tempest over the hades no question... tempest evo... remember get the evo.

  • in my country, tempest and hades is at $159. Evo is too expensive at $174. I dont think my parents will let me

  • lol hey i think i might want to get the tempest evo. But any reason why i should get this over the hades? I mean the hades seems to have better cooling with its 200mm front and side intake fans..

  • will this casing be able to fit a 5970?

  • oh its already been asked haha my bad

  • how much was this rig?

  • At the time around $1250 now you could probably get it for less.

  • @grpace Only $1250? Unbelievable.

  • Well... the hard drives were used from my last pc as well as the optical drive.

  • just remember thats in USD, just in case your from aus or something. :] nice build btw

  • I have the same case, and i have gtx 275. The question is, will i have place for 5970 in this case, caz im not sure?

    Thanks

  • @BigMete0r Yeah it should if you take out a hdd cage.

  • Was it difficult to get the 8pin power connector to the top of the motherboard? I'm thinking about buying this case for my new build in couple weeks and the 8pin power connector length from PSU I'm going to use is 22inches, think that might be enough?

  • If u plan on drilling a hole u will be fine, other wise route it under ur gpu and then snake it into the 8pin pwr. good luck.

  • Nice cable management

  • Lol not as nice as my update cable management check out the new video :D

    Thanks for the comments.

  • Are you using cold cathodes?

  • In this video two blue ones in my other one using 2 red ones.

  • Sweet rig man!

I have this case as well and I love it.

  • Thanks check out my updated version as well!

  • What is the name of this song??

  • "My Shooter" Long Edit

    by Grove Cutter...

It just got it from audioswap.

  • Ok :P

  • nice rig m8! Im gonna to buy the same case! Any problems with cooling?

  • it's the "air flow king" =)

  • No problems at all. The stock fans are nice but I upgraded to coolermaster r4's and there even nicer. Be sure to check out my latest videos!

    Thanks for the comments.

  • ok! And when u changed the fans - u dont changed the leds?

  • excuse me? I changed the leds?

  • HELL NO! Its an amazing case I had it for a year when I had my e8500. Now I got core i7 with antec 1200, I wanted a full tower...

  • yes ok thx np! Check my channel - i got this case + i7 gtx275 oc Asus p6t deluxe v2 and 6gb ddr3

  • can i Oc i7 to 4.2ghz with that cooler? reply please

  • With the dark knight its possible with hyperthreading disabled, your temps will be very high though and possible not stable.

Other wise I would go for 3.8ghz clock with ht enabled.

If your looking for a real 24/7 4.2ghz ht enabled your going to want to look into water cooling.

If your looking into 24/7 4.0ghz ht enabled your going to want to look into the megahalems or the true 120 or the corsair h50.

Keep in mind not all i7 chips are created equal.

    Good luck.

  • thank you

  • Oh sory mate :x

should have searched your channel first

    sory ;)

  • np bro thanks for the comments

  • wtf? :/

dude you have a sick rig but you don't paint the inside of your case? :s

I painted mine black and it looks 100 times better..

  • You clearly didnt see any of my other videos. At the front I have annotation to my new videos and I also even have a video called NZXT Tempest Black Paint Results.

  • Nice rig. I tried all those lights in a build I did and they look cool while your awake but suck if you sleep next to your desk cause they will keep you up. But like I said nice rig.

  • Its not so bad. It also has a switch so i can turn off the lights be sure to check out my new videos.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • How big is your freaking screen dude?

  • looks exactly like the one in maximum pc

  • Damn that one is close to my rig.

  • nicely done... im waiting for mine....

wats the name of the song in the video?

  • Not sure i think "my shooter" by some band but I just put it in through audioswap. be sure to check out my updated video!

  • is the P6T mobo worth it or the SLI LE or which one is better resond asap man

  • Yeah I believe so. I love my P6T. Im sure the SLI LE is also awesome. I love both companys ASUS and EVGA. I know evga has the best support but with asus i've never needed support :D

    Good luck w/ your decision.

  • lol you bought the gtx 285 what a rip off 4890 beats in all the bencmarks i saw and its cheaper !

  • Not really. I bougth the parts on march 28th just so you know and I still would take a gtx 285 or a 4890.

In march there was no 4890.

  • nice rig, would like to more of it though. Will sub if you promise to post more vids on your rig! lol

    Cheers

  • Dude I have a lot planned in the next few weeks just waiting on UPS and the USPS to deliver my stuff.

I'm getting some new red 120mm fans, red cathodes. I will re doing my cable management (it seems it gets better every time) as well as sleeving my cables.

I also plan on making a video to compare the stock fans with the new cooler master fans im getting because I wana see how they compare since they say they have 90CFM at 19dBa which I don't really believe.

  • Also my buddy is having me build him a pc (low budget) but it should be interesting.

He should be buying the parts within a month or two so i got that to look forward to.

  • cool, looking forward to seeing your upgrades and your friends build.

    Cheers

    LazyMan@WestCoastMods

  • hey man, great build! i am building a similar comp:

    Tempest case

    Asus P6T

    GTX 285

    Corsair 750 W

    3 GB OCZ RAM

question - how did u plug in the 8-pin EATX 12 V secondary power connector? did u have to remove a small plastic cover from the left-most 4 pins on the mobo. mine had that cover and i'm not sure why it's blocked.

  • Yeah the p6t is blocked as well. I dont know why. Just plug it straight into all eight.

For the i7 I recommend you go to micocenter if you have one near you. The i7's are only like $230 on sometimes they have them for $199.

Good luck w/ your build if you need anything ask me.

  • Depending on your components and whether your OCing or not, you could just use a 4 pin ATX plug there.

  • Nice build and good cable management!

I got the same case, it is FAN-tastic :>

  • Yes it is FAN-tastic hahaha

  • If it was right side up it would be facing the bottom causing it to have bad ventilation cause the fan would be going right to the bottem of the case. Most cases have the psu on the top but to improve airflow this case does not.

  • y s ur power supply upside down?
