The US gov't website, VAERS (Vaccine Reaction Event Reporting System) has published data of 8,755 reports of adverse reactions to the H1N1

(swine flu) vaccine.

To date (Jan.22, 2010), there are 564 reports classified as being "Serious Health Events", defined as, "death, major disability, abnormal conditions at birth, hospitalization, or extension of existing hospitalization".

Sadly, 42 American deaths are associated with the swine flu vaccine.

Squalene is found in all animals, including humans, you can detect it in the oils even from our fingerprints. Its also used in skin moisturizers and various other cosmetic products. Polysorbate 80 is found in icecream and is used as an emulsifier- guess you better steer clear of the sweets if you don't want to be infertile. Anyone not vaccinating their children based on misinformation and fear mongering is putting not only their own children at risk, but anyone they may come into contact with.

Your body reacts differently depending on how it comes into contact with a substance. Eating squalene and injecting it produces two different reactions. Yes squalene is a naturally occuring hydrocarbon molecule and yes we have squalene in our bodies already. The problems come when squalene is injected with other foreign bodies and your immune system starts to see the injected squalene as foreign because it may then treat the naturally occuring squalene as foreign; hence the autoimmune disorders.

Researching vaccines right now is a good thing for you to be doing. As soon as your child is born they will want to inject other substances into your baby. Please consider that vaccines are NOT tested for carcinogenic, mutagenic, or infertility. As well, the adjuvent free vaccine still contains a small amount of thimerosol, and other nasty stuff like formaldehyde. People may say who cares it's in trace amounts, but when the vaccines could actually potentially mutate you, give you cancer, or make you infertile, I would suggest staying away from them. Even childhood vaccines like HepA&B, etc, all aern't tested for cancer, and all have poisons.

Squalene is also found in shark liver oil, rice bran, wheat germ, olives, and is produced naturally by the human body, and many other animals. There are 5 micrograms of thimerosal per dose, equating to 2.5 micrograms of mercury - if you've eaten fish such as tuna, you've eaten several times that amount of mercury easily.

This is for the people who want to feel better about the situation by saying such things like squalene is natural, and mercury is found in fish; If you can't inderstand the difference between intramuscluar injection, and oral intake, then you do you not understand anything about toxicology. There are things you can eat with no toxic effect, while the same dose injected into you could kill you.

There is indeed a difference. Do you know what it is? What is your formal training on toxicology? Are you attending med school? Taking grad-level biology?

While you may find 1 in 100,000 or even 1 in 200,000 people may die after vaccination, I think you'd be hard pressed to relate that to either Thimerosal or Squalene. In most cases, it's anaphylaxis in reaction to the albumen in the shot.

It's also important to know the baseline for health issues in the absence of vaccine before blaming it.

Scientifically it's hard to conclusively prove the dangers of vaccines and their components, but the fact is that the adjuvent squalene has very little clinical data of safety (no data for certain age groups). You may not be able to prove anything, but that doesen't mean you're not still a lab rat when you take vaccines that are not tested for their potential in causing cancer, mutations, or fertility problems. I've read over many common vaccines, and none of them are tested for such things.

That is true. This vaccine was first tested on several thousand people for relatively immediate side effects. While fertility problems would be taken as an epidemic of its own, I can't say for sure that they do absolutely no harm to the average patient, so I can understand being cautious.

There's been so little demonstrable harm historically from vaccines though, that personally I consider it a very small measured risk for certain circumstances where it's preferrable to the alternative.

The drug manufacutures are under investigation. There is a inquiry going in in the EU after it turned up some evidence that they were influencing public officials to overstate the urgency of h1n1. The investigation is also looking into this companies influence in other nations. They made a serious amount of money from the fear and now it looks like some people may go to prison. This company was caught and charged before.

In Europe we have three vaccines to choose from. Focetria (Novartis), Pandemrix (GSK) and Celvapan (Baxter).
