Hallo guys, I am the breeder of this dog, and of course I love him, but I 'd like to tell you: do not consider Ahtar as an "aspirational" dog because of his big size, it is a wrong. He has a terrific strenght and a perfect temperament, he is a pure and healthy CAO...if he was smaller he wouldn't be so powerful, but on the other hand if he was smaller he would be more agile. Asian dogs must be judged for their overall working abilities, from the average-sized ones to the huge ones :-)
Such people who write sizes like this have NEVER really measured their dogs....(Or maybe this 94 cm is at the top of the head.) This is a big fat loose dog of about 78 cm and about 70 kg. I would be interested in his hips.....
@Tajmas Dear Tajmas, to talk about things you know is much wiser than what you did. I am the one who was the owner of the mother of this dog, and I know this dog very well. Generally I am against writing about the size of dogs, but I am telling you that this dog is 91 cm tall at the withers (never measured him on the top of his head...if you want to know) and from 90 to 100 kg of weight according to the seasons of the year. I talk about things I know.
my aren't we touchy, i have no clue why though, personal issues of size maybe? i know there no max size, but i have seen much better muscle tone and that is what i like. oh yea, if you can't tell i love the animal in this video by my comment, you need to learn how to read, it will make it so much nicer for the rest of us on youtube.
i will be honest i jumped to the conclusion you were one of the big fighter breeders because of your size emphasis. on look at your page and i learned better. but putting such importance on it is usually a dog fighter quality from my expierance. i am sorry. but i do think you misunderstood me. i just want people to keep their animals healthy, so i give honest feedback when they post videos. i hope you can understand that.

yes i understand i like healthy animals too ,i do know this dog in the video and he is very healthy and one of the best CAO iv seen but you can not see that very well in the video which is a shame :(
mine is named BEK and he's 85 cm and 80 kg.. 2years old!!!

Weight: Dogs 55-90 kg. Bitches 40-65 kg.
Some males and female are even larger. There is NO max height or weight for this breed.
