I did Gymnastics from 9 years of age until I was 26...so I did have many years on my hands before starting to play with hand balancing (29). But Depending on your physical starting point (strength, flexibility, and body awareness) it's mainly a matter of how much time you put into it, and of course, learning everything with proper technique...
how long have you been training for? cause i've been tryign this stuff out for about 7mths and just hit a plateu.. the one armed handstand im not making any progress at all:( do u knw of any lead up exercises or something or is it just practice?.. and btw your amazing:D:D
