I hav armada 165 ar6 and I hav tried skiboardes and he's right it's harder u can't land tricks as easily but u also can't go as big on them and compared to my ar6 skiboards r so much slow and they get really really squarely on the groomers they start to shake and in like 3 inches of powder there done becuz they have no taper but yah there allright

I love my skiboards (Line Weapons) for fooling around on the mountains here in Pennsylvania where I go to school, but when I'm home in New England nothing beats busting out a pair of proper skis to really enjoy all of the terrain the mountain has to offer. If you want a lot of fun in the terrain park, get skiboards, but if you want to conquer powder, glades, and moguls; as well as fly down the lift-lines, nothing beats a pair of all mountain skis or long twin tips.

My 14 y.o. son just got a pair of similar skis and is having a ball ripping it up in the bumps. They have really helped his skiing on traditional equipment too. Never let the nay sayers stop you from doing what feels right.

All mountain/glades is way funner on ski boards but I like the park scene more with skis. When I'm in the air with skis somehow I feel balanced, more stable and safer in the air unlike ski boards. Also when jibbing It's easier on skis because they are longer. Oh and of course landing is way easier on skis.

I have enough experience to say that shorter skis are more stable than longer skis. Skis longer than your body-lenght are less stable, old-fashioned and for gays!

Snowboarding is very limited. Why do I choose skiboarding over freeskiing? Because there is more to hitting the slopes than just hauling into a jump and hucking your body. I love grinding and there is limitation in Freeskiing. I have a rollerblading background and prefer skate grinds.
